If you feel that our products did not meet the standards of the Meatology Goodwill Policy, or if the items you received are damaged, incorrectly supplied, or do not meet your expectations, please contact our dedicated Meatology Client Complaints Team within 30 minutes of receiving your order.

We will investigate your complaint promptly. If necessary, we may offer a replacement product and/or a refund. Refunds will be made to the debit/credit card used when placing your order.

Please note: Products can only be returned if they do not meet the standards of the Meatology Goodwill Policy.


Order Amendments or Cancellations
Amendments or cancellations can be accepted up until the moment your Order is prepared for dispatch. To make changes, please contact us via email or phone. Changes to your Order may affect delivery timings. Once your Order has been dispatched, no further amendments or cancellations can be made.


We kindly ask that you inspect all products immediately upon receipt. If we do not hear from you within 30 minutes of delivery, we will assume that you are satisfied with your Order.
